Move-Out Note:

All carriers must check in no later than 8:30 PM on Tuesday, March 17, or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc's. terms. 7 business day standard ground service at exhibitor expense.

Per Show Management, exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for all damages to property owned by Hotel, its owners or managers which results from any act or omission of exhibitor. SWARS shall not be liable for damage to or loss, theft, or destruction of property at any time in or on hotel premises.

Advance Warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

*Shipping to the advanced warehouse is highly encouraged for smooth delivery.
